Booking Information

We require a Deposit to hold your appointment: The deposit will not be refunded unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to appointment.

Cancellations/No Show: Session time is valuable. We honour your time by being present and reserving that space specifically for you. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment by calling or emailing us, without any charge no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill the space you reserved you may be billed in full for that missed appointment.

Late Arrival: Arriving late for a Float, Massage or other services may require us to shorten the length of the service, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other customers.

Refunds: There are no refunds for packages, memberships, online purchases and gift cards.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase date, non transferable, non refundable, non cashable, only available for services.
